Saturday, October 19, 2019 - Popped and poured. Very dark ruby. Today this is exhibiting a dark roast coffee nose. Hints of dark chocolate as well. Very harmonious in the mouth, perfectly glassy yet rich. Will be interesting to see how this evolves. 4-12-17-9: 92/100.
