Tuesday, April 5, 2011 - Bright red garnet colour. Unusual bouquet of chocolate, molasses, violets, strawberries, toffee and condensed milk. Bright, dancing acidity, lovely savoury puckering grip on the tongue, very pleasurable lightness of touch leading to a firm, tannic mouthfeel and lively summer berries.
