Saturday, March 2, 2019 - This was a wow wine -- totally unexpected. With about 3 hour decant it opened up into an Elysian-lite. Yes, it was that good. Velvety texture with tons of complexity -- mint, chocolate, cigar ash, earth, cassis...
Long finish. Really made you think about each sip. Sad it was the only bottle I had.
