Sunday, April 30, 2023 - Nose is calm with citrus, tropical fruit and honeysuckle. Palate is lush, juicy and refined. Smooth mouthfeel with a sweet touch, but still refreshing and not to gooey as the acidity gives this wine a nice apple flavour. This is very balanced out at the moment and a perfect food companion for spicy dishes or just solo as a digestif.
