Thursday, August 25, 2022 - Fully mature with a golden amber hue, this had exquisite quince and pear fruit ladled with honey, yet in spite of the sweetness and unctuousness there was still freshness and minerality. As the flavours developed there were caramel and nuts, and the finish was simply everlasting and divine. It was just so balanced and complex; simply put, a superlative expression of luscious Loire Chenin. CHP 97 pts
