Thursday, December 9, 2021 - Copious amounts of sediment. Opened for several hours and still improving. Fabulous noise of lacquer, honeycomb, fennel and mocha. Earthy lively mouth with good acid, more honeycomb and anise. Darrell Lea licorice and mocha on a long finish. This was a hit with the table and excellent with skirt steak, mushrooms, garlic broccoli and scalloped potatoes
