It's been almost 4 years since my last bottle and this is still cruising along. Actually needed air and to come up in temp to really show its stuff. Lanolin, honey, bits of melon, clove, cantaloupe and white flowers. Was not showing the slight oxidation I'd expect. Acids were still prevalent and at times quite zippy. One more bottle to go and will see how it tastes at 25 years of age.
