Friday, February 23, 2024 - Still drinking well, but not quite in the sweet spot as it was one year ago. This was our last bottle and I would encourage anyone with remaining bottles to drink up this year. Golden color. Still vanilla, honey and minerals in the nose and peaches and apples in the flavor though definitely not as creamy on the palate. Well balanced, medium to full bodied and a long smooth finish. 93-94
