Thursday, July 27, 2023 - 1 of 3 (mag) paired with a magnum of 2013 Lafon Perrieres.. a wonderful opportunity to have these two side by side. Both showed beautifully each expressing their own terroir, the Charmes was rich and round with great fruit and intensity, the Perrieres took an hour in the glass to fully open and show its bright compelling minerality. Both wines showed that extra silky texture I often find in this format A treat for sure
