5/5/2011 6:17:00 AM - Forgive me if I'm making an error, but I thought Kabinetts were from dry to off-dry, and the dryest of the Qualitatswein categories in Germany. It's certainly on the dry end, but a hint of RS and good acid and mineral background maybe makes it seem dryer than some!
