Wednesday, January 27, 2021 - Deep ruby, and slight fading pinkish edge. Aromas of roses, bit of ripe cassis, and cinnamon, liquorice, and a bit of graphite. Rounded tannins, a savoury attack, medium ripe cherry and green herbs, cloves, paprika, then a dark floral, liquorice and tar at the back. Fair length and complex finish. Pretty nice
