Friday, September 3, 2010 - Started off extremely tight. After about an hour or two in the decanter it started to reveal a very ephemeral nose. Some dirty sock funk, sour cherry, some florals (violet), and wild strawberry. All the flavors ride out on an intense beam of hot stone minerality and acidity. Clearly, a Beaujolais for the cellar.
