Monday, July 14, 2014 - Dark red with aromas of dark fruit, ripe raspberries, licorice and minerals. It is full bodied for a beaujolias, dry, acidic/bright with rich flavors of savory dark fruit and minerals. The finish was clean and dry. Drink this alone. Food confuses the flavors.
