Wednesday, June 14, 2023 - I tasted this bottle during a Chablis night at Sushi Shinkai in Seoul, together with Christian Moreau's Les Clos, William Fevre's Les Clos, and Vincent Dauvissat's Les Clos. As expected and without a doubt, Francois Raveneau's Clos was the final boss and stood out better than others. I loved the finest Chablis poised balance of nose and palate. Alas, its price tag is now at an insane level, I missed the time when the Raveneau was approachable.
