Saturday, March 11, 2023 - Candie's Big 4-0 (Spoon & Stable, Mpls, MN): Healthy light green pold color. Drank a glass over an hour. Very mineral driven nose and palate, oyster shells, lemon and stone on the nose with a sweet chantilly cream note; on the palate, lemon, white apple, lacquer, lean, oyster shell, waxy, light brine, with a strong acidic vein.
