Saturday, May 25, 2019 - A good bottle. Fine Chablis flavors of white flowers and lemon peel. Nice acidity as well. A bit more dilute than I remember from last bottles, so probably time to drink these. Not the density I find in typical La Forest years, but an enjoyable bottle nonetheless. Didn’t drink like a warm year, and I don’t find the same exotic flavors that I did several years ago.
