Tuesday, May 17, 2011 - Burgundy 2011 Day 2: Lunch at Bistrot Grand Cru in William Fevre (William Fevre, Chablis): Very decent for a straight Chablis. Very flowery nose, with yellow fruit and peach scents at the rear. The palate was nice and clean, but still showed some of therichness of the vintage with more yellow fruit and peachy notes. Simple, but very pleasant, with a nice freshness that made it a great pairing with our food.
