Saturday, April 9, 2022 - Jamet's 1995 Côte-Rôtie, while I've had some bottle variation, is quite good tonight with an ebullient nose of dark berry, black pepper, bacon, and violet. Dense fruit, balanced acidity, lithely structured with a persistent finish.
