Thursday, January 21, 2016 - Clear, deep purple color. Medium intense, developing nose with animal notes, tobacco and few red fruits. Dry, medium acidity, medium+ tannins, high alcohol (15% abv) which makes the wine a bit sharp when its gets warmer than 17 degrees. Some fruit. At its peak, but will stay there for 3-5 more years.
