Saturday, February 18, 2006 - I loved this wine...really opened up over about two hours. Color is medium straw gold. Nose reveals baked apple, lemon, spice, and a green chardonnay streak. On the palate lemon, green sap, mineral, and spice combine with a good backbone of acidity to make up a most satisfying drink.
