Thursday, October 27, 2011 - Different character than the Clos Chanson 2009 by Perret, more opulent. Apricots, canned pineapple, complex and delicate in the nose. Wonderful complex on the palate with fruits and herbal tones so typical for Condrieu. But high alcohol detectable as indicated in previous notes. Might improve further with some aging - 2012-2016.
