Friday, November 21, 2014 - Burgs & Barolos (Bronte): pale straw. no development.
honey, apricot jam, soft hint of spice.
intense flavours, especially honey and apricot, lots of dry extract. solid body with a slightly hot finish. has a certain heaviness and a very long resonant finish. interesting but only a 1 glass wine for me.
