Wednesday, May 30, 2018 - Jailbreak Brewery restaurant opening SQN wine dinner with Justin Bonner (Jailbreak Brewery, Laurel, MD): Expressive nose displaying opulent slightly dry cherry fruit, black cherry, cherry liqueur, Chambord, baking spices, wet tobacco and cigar ashe. Excellent concentration, very finely layered cherry fruit, incredibly silky, detailed and polished, bright acidity, very fine tannins and a seamless long black cherry driven finish with tobacco, leather and cigar ash at the end.
