Thursday, January 19, 2023 - Dinner at Hermosa (Chicago, IL): Nice, but probably in a bit of a weird spot right now where more of the structure shows than anything else. The fruit here is obfuscated by more oak than I would expect from Jadot. What fruit I could pick out was definitely quite ripe though. Can only imagine upside from here.
