Tuesday, September 28, 2010 - Popped and poured at fridge temp. A nice golden yellow colour, some spritz in it. The nose is very nice, tropical fruit and melon, wonderful rounded aromas. The palate is fresh apple with nice acidity but also a somewhat oily texture. I must say, I enjoyed this wine a lot, it went well with oven baked trout and a wild mushroom sauce. 50+5+10+15+8=88
