Monday, February 16, 2015 - Cork broke at the restaurant but wine was intact. The color is that of Inca Kola. Sweeter than I would prefer but acid is also high which keeps it fresh and in balance. It was very pleasing with the spicy ceviche. Mouth coating richness with a ton of fruit still. Finish is lively and of mid-length. This should age well. I'll keep my last bottle for another few years to see how it further develops.
