Tuesday, February 21, 2023 - Wow. What a chameleon. When poured, we first thought maybe developed, then wow, what an evolution. The colour got lighter, and it evolved from developed notes of honey and caramel, to a dominate profile of minerals. Crazy how this changed. This was a meal ! A huge wine. Just got better and better.
