Saturday, March 12, 2022 - Sensual nose of florals and new rubber bands (light touch) and forest floor. Mild, pleasant tannins. Lengthy mid palate acidity. Remnants of red fruit continue to percolate after a two-hour decant. Hints of spices (primarily white pepper) as the wine level dips in the glass. Finished with a perfectly ripe bright af red cherry. @ Rezdôra
