Friday, June 8, 2012 - A marvelously well-crafted champagne in its price range. Floral nose with flinty edge. Pears and lemons, with a hint of stone fruit, but not sweet. Right amount of acidity. Finish is not overly long, but still satisfies. Very effervescent. Served less than fully chilled, which brought out more of the fruit.
