Bright and crisp. Pale, golden tinged yellow. Lemon rind and honeysuckle on nose, with a modicum of flint. Initial pronounced bitterness on tongue gives way to mandarin orange and white grapefruit. Quite nuanced and lovely!

Well-fashioned but not my dish of tea when it comes to bubbly. Just a bit too austere and angular. Maybe related to low dosage? Who knows. But doesn't have the softness and yeasty notes that I prefer with Champers and wouldn't buy again.

Très bon. Très très bon. Manque de finesse pour passer à excellent. Prise de mousse éphémère, bulle moyenne+ quoique très persistante. Aromatique simple mais fort agréable. Beau RQP par ailleurs. 89+

Very well made ... both apple and citrus notes (red apple, orange zest) and med+ racy acidity as well as a savoury character ... pears/apples just starting to soften and give off a ripe sent. Med+ length. Balance, concentration of fruit, and complexity.

Lovely nose, creamy and pure. The aromas of citrus, flowers and minerals are refined. This is medium bodied on the palate with good concentration and good finesse. The finish is clean and refreshing, showing a mineral tinge and hints of nuts.

Great value for the price. Classic Blanc de Blancs Champagne flavours and aromatics of toasted brioche and baked apples. More on the round and full-bodied spectrum, but has enough acidity and fine bubbles to keep it lively.

Fine mousse. Lovely yeasty nose with nuances of lemon and green apple. Medium/full bodied with a lemony and mineral attack followed by a mid palate with layers of pastry, backed apple and lemon.

Pale yellow color. Aromas of green apples and pears, baked bread and nut oil. Lively fine mousse. Ripe, well-structured fruit in the mouth with very good depth and a somewhat creamy mouthfeel. Though still a touch young, the wine showed some complexity and had a long, clean finish. Very good value.

Slightly reductive nose with lemon, apple, white flowers, brioche and almond cookies. Dry and medium bodied palate with big smooth moussé and refreshing mid-level acidity. Zesty lemon, grapefruit, baked apple and quinine-like bitter character and green vegetality. Some autolysis. Pretty long but straightforward aftertaste. A bit muddled up and not really elegant as a whole but decent fun. Sulfur evident. Too evident to my palate.

A marvelously well-crafted champagne in its price range. Floral nose with flinty edge. Pears and lemons, with a hint of stone fruit, but not sweet. Right amount of acidity. Finish is not overly long, but still satisfies. Very effervescent. Served less than fully chilled, which brought out more of the fruit.

OK – clear light lemon appearance; dry; mid acidity; light to medium body; mid length finish; quite crisp and acidic; lemony; som brioche; bit flat; remember this as being much better so was a bit dissapointed; probably past its best.

Quick note, recalling from memory as I drank this a few days ago. Dominate sense was hazelnuts and brioche. Great effervesence. More full-bodied versus crisp and acidic. Took awhile to grow on me, but once it did it was a very nice bottle. Paired it with a Methode Champenoise blanc de blanc from Washington, and it was absolutely far superior. Would buy more.
