Lovely notes of lemon zest, lemon thyme, apple crumble, cashew nuts, agave syrup with some mature notes
Firm structure, flavors of lime sorbet, cashew nuts, balanced acidity, mineral and long finish.
Based on quality it must be 2002 base vintage.
Very good co-op, keep best GC and 1er Cru grapes for them self. Use only Coeur de Cuvee.
