Tuesday, February 10, 2015 - Very well made ... both apple and citrus notes (red apple, orange zest) and med+ racy acidity as well as a savoury character ... pears/apples just starting to soften and give off a ripe sent. Med+ length. Balance, concentration of fruit, and complexity.
