Thursday, June 9, 2011 - Riesling Tasting (Trondheim, Norway): Tasted blind. Moderate development; A hint of sweetness, definitely Riesling, some spices, wonderful balance; Some bitterness, dry and developed, tight but not entirely pleasing. Have had many of these, an off bottle? Something was not right.
