Saturday, October 15, 2011 - Decanted. Drank with Dad and Sue. Chinese food. Hints of citrus and white flowers on the nose. Rocks, polished stones, petrol, and and lovely citrus cut in the moth. Rich mouth coating feel that reminded me of chardonnay. Not over-oaked chardonnay but a nice palate-dense chablis. Some pear on the dry finish. Improved in the glass over three hours. Great stuff.
