Nose was very intense at first with distinct petrol aromas, but also a more chemical rubbery smell which blew off with a little air and left apple fruit with those petrol aromas. Palate was very crisp and dry, lots of lime and crab apple fruit, very dry but crisp finish.
Initially I thought that this was past it, but it smoothed out and improved with air. Very minerally and dry. Interesting rather than delicious.
