Thursday, June 22, 2023 - This wine has the potential to be special but it is still a bit young for my palate.

Still a bright youthful green, bouquet consisting of lime, white flowers and quite perfumed. Beautiful freshness that is beginning to settle down with notes of honeysuckle and quite a dominant citrus profile. Lovely finish with drive and energy. Has plenty of upside left.

Drink now (or ideally from 2026) to 15+ years from now.
