This wine has the potential to be special but it is still a bit young for my palate.
Still a bright youthful green, bouquet consisting of lime, white flowers and quite perfumed. Beautiful freshness that is beginning to settle down with notes of honeysuckle and quite a dominant citrus profile. Lovely finish with drive and energy. Has plenty of upside left.
Drink now (or ideally from 2026) to 15+ years from now.

Approachable in the scheme of this wine, but still a little hard to love. Day 2 brings out more of the limey side to the wine, but feels a little lacking on the middle & end. More time still ?

Tight, tight, tight, it did loosen its icy fingers a little with some air then the lime juice and lemon sherbet start playing with a little petrol. Early days here, these wines evolve at a truly glacial pace

How much better can Australian Riesling be? Great nose, firm palate and long finish. Such a good wine, but sadly my last bottle.

Lime sherbet. Tight. Incredibly precise with a line of acidity running right through. Still young, needs to gain more weight.
