Monday, November 13, 2017 - The 2009 Charvin is just starting to open up. Quite good... medium bodied, cranberry and raspberry on the nose, with hints of spice. Burgundian palate. I do not find the acetate others mention, but I did let it breath (slow-ox) for quite a while before serving. Got better and better over subsequent 2 days, still slow-ox.
