Wednesday, August 15, 2018 - Dark and opaque, a touch of brown at the edge. Pronounced sweet plum, black raspberry nose, hint of prunes. Dark berry flavors with some licorice, moderately tannic, a bit more than I like. Long aftertaste, but the tannin became much more evident, and the fruit started to fade. It might soften a bit more but could also end up losing more of its fruit. I'd tend to drink over the next 1-2 years.
