Friday, January 5, 2007 - St Jacques Burgundy Offline (Tom's Kitchen, Chelsea): Closed nose, some darker cherry fruit, some green notes. Bitter and tannic on the palate, short, tannic finish. Not convinced this has the material or balance to improve, others disagreed.
