Sunday, December 11, 2011 - This was fantastic and a great match with braised lamb shanks tonight. Brown edges and long legs. Very generous nose with lots of cedar, spices and barnyard aromas. Palate was in line with the nose with dominant barnyard and earthy taste. Long finish.
