Sunday, February 28, 2021 - First time I’ve tried this vineyard from PYCM. Clearly the product of a warmer vintage, this leans towards riper and concentrated flavours of white and yellow stone fruit, nuttiness, and some oaky toast rather than citrus and overt minerality. Nicely textured on the palate and while ripe, there’s enough acidity to give this good line and length. Reckon this is good to go now.
