Sunday, February 28, 2021 - This wine was significantly different on the second day in a way that made no sense to me. It was initially nutty, with ripe fruit and good balance and acidity. The next day it was fresher, with floral, citrus and white fruit notes and minimal nuttiness. There was lively acidity and excellent balance.
