  • Classic Corton with notes of the "sauvage." Tannis are not fully resolved. Not as elegant as Jadot's Corton Pougets but more powerful and backward. Approaching its prime drinking window but still in need of a couple years of cellering. After 45+ minutes of air, the wine opens up and shows you that it's still on the way up. (In magnum format, I would give this wine at least ten additional years of cellaring.). Drink- 2017+

    Note- Perfect providence. Wine purchased on release, cellared, and never moved until opened.
