Tar, cedar, mint, and some darker fruit on the nose. Opulent in the mouth, decent acidity, though a rather cloying component on the finish. This is my one and only experience with this wine, so I can't comment on where it is in some evolution. That said, I don't know if I would expect this to get to a better place down the road. Solid wine, but not memorable.

Nicely balanced Bordeaux style blend. Pleasant, fruity nose, medium to full bodied tangy cherry and light spice flavors. Always liked the tempranillo and zins coming out of this winery, they're usually terrific values. Drinking very well right now.

Can't really believe how good this wine has aged. Amazingly good. Everyone says that Paso Robles wines don't last...wrong!
