($9) (Served in Continental first class) Appearance: Purple/garnet, clear. Aroma: Medium-light on the nose with notes of blackberry, plum, and black cherry. Taste: Balanced with just a touch too much acidity, medium tannins for a Cabernet, light notes of oak on the finish.

Almost no nose, medium color. Some fruit, but rather thin and a bit too much oak. Slightly bitter finish. Not awful, but nothing to distinguish this from the hundreds of other $5 - $8 grocery store Cabs out there.

In comparison to several other value California Cabernets this one excels with true differentiation between the flavor components. In a mild way, there is a sharpness reminiscent of richer, more concentrated wines. But, on the other hand, it is still quite diluted and thin. I've had lots worse wines. There is little depth, here, but we can tell it is Cabernet. Has a somewhat light garnet color. Not much nose, even after decanting. Has some decent blackberry fruit. Is very balanced. Cute little tannins. Has some graphite and cherry on the finish.

Oaky young nose with hint of chocolate and blackberry. To young to drink but only choice . Soft blackberry start mild to almost bland middle with dry oak ending .

Found in the back of the cellar. Drink it now. Super tail end of its life. Drinkable wine that complements Super Bowl type finger foods.

Nose was pepper and dark cherries. Taste more pepper and ripe plum with cherries. Smooth finish with low tannins.
