It's straightforward fizz and a perfectly acceptable one - Forceberry's note from 2014 covers it all perfectly, except that I paid HK$88 (US$11), which seems a more appropriate price.
It benefits from being open for 30 minutes - losing the aggressive mousse and some of the acidity/bitterness.

Carried into the Revivalists concert and enjoyed nice and cold, in plastic cups, on a perfect Ohio afternoon/evening. Refreshing, with a hint of sweetness and a drying chalkiness on the med length finish. More of a simpler sparkler, I can't say I understand the 93 point JG rating, but it is good, nonetheless.

Pretty Cava, a bit on the simple side each time I have tried this wine. I do not understand JG's 92 point rating on this wine, but to me, it is good, just not great. I'll stick with cheaper Champagne when I need my bubbles fix...which is often.

Very light gold color. Fine, persistent, and broad mousse. Stone, nut, and dough on the nose. Light body with crisp apple and yellow citrus flavors, maybe even a little tightly wound by youth at this point. Good acidity and a texture that seems to be gaining creaminess and umami while maintaining its dryness. Clean, lingering finish. 4+10+16+8= 88

Excellent QPR. I know this is a mass-market inexpensive Cava, but if you don your blinders like you're supposed to, this is really very good. Lively bubbles and lively acidity; a bit of that funkiness/sulfer-ish taste that I like from some champagnes; and of course spunky fruit with a hint of sweetness (but overall nice and dry).
I was surprised at how good this was, and for $13 on sale this is going to be my house sparkler for a while.

Pale green color. Quite expressive but also rather simple nose with aromas of ripe apples, some rubbery reduction and a hint of almond. The wine is dry, crisp and pretty light-bodied on the palate with high acidity and rather one-dimensional flavors of tart green apples, some pithy grapefruit bitterness, a hint of red apple peel and a touch of rubbery character. The mousse feels quite big, foamy and mouthfilling, lacking some finesse. The finish is moderately bitter and slightly green-toned with herbal notes and flavors of red apples, some pithy grapefruit and a hint of slivered almonds.
A rather straightforward and simple Cava that is more about freshness than finesse. Works perfectly fine as a simple summer sparkler or as a cocktail base, but at 19,30€ I'd expect something more. Typically you get something like this at half the price.

golden colour, rare, slow bubbles. nose: quit estrong - apples, bread crust, bit sweet and complex. taste: medium acidity and medium dryness. watery, yeasty finish. Weak structure - not pearly.

Excellent alternative to champagne. We drank a couple bottles last night and everybody agreed it was better than the Vueve Cliquot we also tried. This Cava has a nice, bright, bubbly, clean taste.

Summertime Weekend; 6/2/2012-6/3/2012: I like the spicy aromas of this wine, like ginger, lemon zest and toast. A lighter styled Cava with lots of acid, citrus flavors and toast. Not too complex, and a little bitter on the finish, but still quite nice.

Great example of cava, well made for its price.
Typical ripeness for cava, but a bit more elegant, making it a great example of a NV Cava.

Served at my son's grad party, I got a little bit, it had a short finish but nice bubbles and some chalky bright lemony fruit.

Another consistent bottle. I noticed a bit more yeast on this bottle, but still a very clean and pure cava.

Citric and doughy with very good texture, acidity, mousse and refinement. Above average finish and really over performs at its price.
