Tasted after 2 hours of air. Light floral on the nose. Sweet raspberry fruit. Good balancing crunch. Some tea notes. No rush on these. In a peak drinking window. The community drinking dates for this are way off. 15 years on and this is showing no signs of fading. Many of the Oregon Pinots can go 15 to 20 years no problem. Outstanding.

Aged well. Needs to be consumed in the next year. Did not open up near as much as other WK wines. Light and smooth throughout. Paired well with seafood.

Tasted yesterday at the Willakenzie wine club event. Typical of the 2008 vinetage, this bottling needs more age. I look forward to trying it again in 2016.

Medium ruby, tart berry nose. Dry with tart tannins, medium fruit, not ripe Italian plums, nice acid and a hint of bitter. Developing nicely with some air. Pretty good from the get go. Very nice after several days open.

Very good when opened-fruit and interesting flavors to boot. Atrue well matured pommard from or- just what I wanted. Negative is on second night it was flat as a door nail

Dinner Party...notes to come...Again stunning serverd with poblano cheese soup course. Seemed a little think this time. Even though it was opened and allowed to breath it never really came around as the two bottles before. Having said that it still had the floral notes, acidity and structure as before.

Previous notes apply. Not a huge fan of domestic Pinot but this is wonderful. What a fantastic Pinot. Balance, aromatic, smooth palate, resolved tannins, structure. Sorry not more complete but the circumstances didn't allow for more. This wine can be drank as a daily drinker and pairs marvelously with food.
Day two even better.
Day three 'rocking'. Drinking like a Burgundian Pinot. This is one of the better domestic Pinot's I've tried, granted, I haven't had some of the really good ones so take what I say with a grain of salt.

Herbal, pepper, alcohol, mocha, chocolate, eucalyptus and floral notes on the nose. Big Strong legs, medium brick color to the rim, phenomenally smooth on the palate with bright cherries, smooth integrated drying tannins and just enough spice on the finish. Very pleasantly surprised by this wine.

Excellent wine with a fruity nose. It's good to drink now but would not keep it for a few more years

Very smooth. Ready to drink now... but could easily cellar for a few more years.
