Death by Lobster (Four Seasons Hotel, Atlanta): Honeyed and rich, a little fat but still drinking well, and the off-dry sweetness paired well with lobster, foie gras, and XO sauce.
Explosive, gushing sweet lychee-laced mandarin orange, while maintaining a touch of class with its mineral foundation.
