Color-golden. Medium body, longer duration. Very tart pear tastes with a higher taste that is hard to explain. Earthy-pepper flavors also follow with a touch of passionfruit at the end.

Sadly, our last. Beautiful. No flaws. No sediment. No rim variation. Beautiful light yellow color. Wonderful nose of white, citrus fruits. Some white flowers. Smooth. Low alcohol taste. Medium finish. Ready to drink now. Plenty of bottle life left. Kudos to Cocker & Starr.
